Binghamton Geriatric Scholar Certificate Program
The Binghamton Geriatric Scholar Certificate Program
This five-day educational conference, held one day each week for five weeks, is offered at The Greater Binghamton Health Center,
Binghamton, New York and provides professional training in interdisciplinary geriatrics & gerontology. The program is sponsored
by the Columbia University Stroud Center’s Statewide Geriatric Psychiatry Residency/Fellowship Program and The Columbia-New
York Geriatric Education Center, of the Consortium of NY Geriatric Education Centers (CNYGEC), in conjunction with the Upstate
Medical University, Binghamton Clinical Campus; The Community Foundation for South Central New York, Inc. from the Ralph J.
Warner Donor Advised Fund , The Slocum Dickson Foundation; Office of Continuing Medical Education At SUNY Upstate Medical
University; Utica College; Masonic Care Community and the Greater Binghamton Health Center. Faculty come from Canada, New
York City and various local programs.
